Product Description
The PRS-3201 microgrid central controller is usedin the coordinated control and protection of micro-grid. In grid-connected and island states,stable and economical operation of the power grid can be maintained viaeffectiveandcoordinated control of various distributed power sources (DG) including energy storage equipment and diverse loads. Effective access and utilization of various distributed power sources can also be realized. PRS-3201 can be used intheAC micro-grids, DC micro-grids and AC/DC hybrid micro-grids with various voltage levelsin the range of 0.4~35kV,which has the advantages of fast adjustment speed, high precision, and good follow-up performance, and itcan achieve second-level follow-up delay. In addition to satisfying planned charging/discharging and AGC adjustment, the system supports active balanced management of battery pack SOC to ensure the charging and discharging capacity ofpower station. It also supports functions such as diagnostic warning and panoramic analysis, which can effectively ensure the life andsafety ofhigh-value assetsin the energy storage system.

Technical Features/Advantages
The I IEC-61850-8-1/MMS standard protocol is supported between theupward communication and the EMSmain station, whichmeet the requirementsofstandard interoperability.
It supports access to micro-gridlocal controllers and related terminal devices that do not support the Goose protocolvia the front-end communication management computer,which canprovide sufficient flexibility and compatibility.
The control network supports dual network redundant configuration, which can further improve reliability.
The control network and the monitoring network are independent. The control network adopts the IEC-61850/GOOSE multicast communication protocol, which can realize millisecond-level real-time dynamic response control of the micro-grid.
It has plug-in hardware design and modular software design based on universal bus backplane technology,which can provide good functional expansion.
Based on the mature protection and control platformand theshelf technology of CYG SUNRI, the maturity and reliability of platform have been fullyprovedin the operation of protection, measurement and control devicesin thousands of intelligent substations.
