In recent years, State Grid has devoted itself to the construction of public fast charging stations, which plays an important role in promoting the development of new energy industry. Since 2016, CYG Sunri has provided more than 4,000 sets of DC charging equipment to for fast charging service of electric vehicles and met the consumers demand of electric vehicle charging. Our products are available in Beijing, Shanghai, Hebei, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Sichuan, Zhejiang, Liaoning, Hubei, Fujian and other provinces and cities, and we have actively contributed to the development of new energy industry.

In 2016 and 2020, CYG Sunri provided the solution of group-controlled DC special fast charging station for the branches of State Grid EV Service in shanghai, Shaanxi, Hunan and Hubei, and has supplied more than 200 sets of group-controlled DC charging stack equipment, flexibly configured the charging terminals according to the demand, and provided special battery charging services for vehicles in public traffic, logistics, sanitation, online ride-hailing service and airport shuttle service.

In October, 2019, CYG Sunri supported the completion and operation of Huanggang PV-Storage-Charging Project of Hubei State Grid EV Service Company, providing an integrated solution of PV, storage and charging. The Project integrated many advanced technologies such as 70kWp carport PV power generation, 200kWh large-capacity energy storage, 600KW high-power intelligent group control DC charging stack, etc., and a smart microgrid system was set up. The system has realized the basic balance between local energy production and energy consumption load through energy storage and optimal allocation, and can flexibly interact with the public power grid according to needs and operate relatively independently. It uses new energy as much as possible to alleviate the impact of electricity consumption by charging piles on the power grid; The project has good ecological and economic benefits, as well as guiding significance for the construction of PV-storage-charging projects in the future.

The orderly charging project of the underground parking lot of Longfor 1st Avenue has a distribution capacity of only 80kVA, including 150 sets of 3.5kW AC charging piles. Orderly charging scheme is adopted on site, and power distribution mode is flexibly adjusted to avoid on-site capacity expansion. The deployment scheme of cloud + end is adopted, and the orderly charging management and control terminal is used as the edge computing center, which realizes the localization of orderly charging control, and features faster response speed, lower networking cost and less network traffic.

CYG acted as EPC supplier for this project, providing 50 sets of AC charging points with capacity of 4000kVA and a set of operating & monitoring system. Besides, CYG undertakes the grid-connecting approval, whole electric formality report, electric design, operating & maintenance guide, as well as supply, installation and commissioning of complete distribution equipment. The design objective of this charging station contained 5 bus routes. Each route had 20 to 30 kilometers operating distance. The bus terminal was 16,000 square meters, holding 74 bus parking lots, providing service to 24 buses (phase 1) while each bus’s operating mileage was 200 kilometers. The bus model was BYD K8, with battery capacity of 196 kWh and 200 kilometers designing mileage.
