Product Description

The TH3015 transformer partial discharge online monitoring system employs the signal sensing technology, anti-interference technology and advanced computer analysis method for online monitoring of transformer partial discharge. The system adopts ultrasonic, UHF and high-frequency current electric acoustic partial discharge detection technology to achieve partial discharge monitoring, which can realize analysis of discharge information such as the maximum discharge amount, discharge phase, discharge times, and average discharge amount of the main transformer UHF partial discharge.

Scope of Application

It is applicable to partial discharge monitoring of oil-immersed transformers at all voltage levels in substation.

Technical Features/Advantages

Comprehensive data analysis

It has the functions of real-time acquisition, storage and analysis of partial discharge data of transformer equipment, and can display the peak value diagram, discharge times-phase diagram, peak value-discharge times-phase spectrum, peak-cycle-phase spectrum of partial discharge in real time, which is convenient for users to carry out real-time analysis of data, and it is simple and intuitive.

Strong anti-interference performance

By using the ultrasonic, ultra-high frequency and high-frequency current electric acoustic partial discharge detection technology, it is not affected by corona interference and can avoid the interference of communication signals.

Interference suppression in hardware circuit

Using multiple anti-interference technologies, current structures such as noise filtering channel and noise acquisition channel are adopted in the hardware design, which are used to filter on-site noise and purify the acquisition signal.

Flexible communication

It supports multiple protocols and the IEC61850 communication, and it can be connected to the digital substation monitoring system.

High reliability

Parameters, such as partial discharge action level and standard density, can be set via software to automatically separate noise interference signals and improve the reliability of detection results.

Friendly system interface

The system is easy to operate, which has the functions of data analysis and diagnosis, analysis and prediction according to historical trends, as well as rich image display functions.
