Product Description

The TH3011 digital SF6 gas minim moisture and density online monitor is a PC-based industrial production process monitoring system in the field of opto-mechanical integration, and it is mainly used in SF6 gas online monitoring and control of SF6 high-voltage circuit breaker which is one of the main power equipment. The system performs real-time data collection and display, remote data transmission, fault alarm and blocking signal transmission, background data display and analysis for the water content, density and temperature of SF6 gases, and provides information and basis for power system production management and equipment condition maintenance. It has become one of the indispensable key devices in the intelligent grid.

Technical Features/Advantages

The product adopts advanced sensor technology, single-chip technology, communication technology, and modern physical analysis and control theory. Combining multiple independent intellectual properties and innovative technologies, this device can simultaneously monitor density, minim moisture and temperature of SF6 gases. It is composed of sensors and the host.

The monitor is connected to the SF6 gas chamber, and the host provides power to the monitor. Onsite display and communication transfer are realized, and it is transmitted to the background integrated automation system through the RS-485 bus.

Users can also choose to install the company's special background and monitoring software, which can be transferred to various wired or wireless networks.
