PRS-7393 Merging unit

Product description

The PRS-7393 merging unit is used in intelligent substations. It can be connected to the conventional primary equipment using cables, and collect analog signals from the conventional primary transformers or receive digital signals from other merging units. After synchronization processing, the sampling information is provided to multiple secondary devices such as protection, measurement and control, digital watt-hour meter and digital wave recorder via the Ethernet interface (optical fiber). The data output format of the PRS-7393 merging unit conforms to the IEC61850 standard for intelligent substations.

It is applicable to intelligent substations of various voltage levels.

Technical features/advantages

The device adopts the 4U entire layer, reinforced case, multi-layer shielding, strict separation of strong and weak currents and other anti-vibration and anti-interference designs, which has high anti-interference performance, and is suitable for installation in harsh environments.

The device adopts 64-bit high-performance CPU, internal high-speed bus and intelligent I/O, and both software and hardware have modularized design, which can provide flexible configuration and plug-and-play.

It supports the substation communication standard IEC61850, and the number of SV/GOOSE message receiving ports can be configured.

It has high sampling precision and stable performance.
