On January 31, 2026, the 200 MW Guorui Zhongfei Wind Power Project in Zhaoyuan County, Daqing City, was successfully energized in one attempt. The project is not only of great significance in supporting the national carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, but also a vivid practice of efficient collaboration and close cooperation among CYG Qicheng, CYG SUNRI, CYG CONSULTING & ENGINEERING and other industrial companies in successfully delivering complex new energy general contracting projects.

Located in Daqing City, Heilongjiang Province, the project has a total planned capacity of 200 MW. It is estimated that after full completion, the project will have a designed annual equivalent full-load utilization hour of 3,490 hours, with an average annual power generation of approximately 697.908 million kWh. It will significantly reduce fossil energy consumption and carbon emissions, effectively optimize the regional energy supply structure, and promote the high-quality development of local green and low-carbon industries.
The project includes multiple tasks such as booster station grid connection, outgoing transmission lines and opposite station renovation. During project implementation, CYG SUNRI established a full-link closed loop covering preliminary design, equipment supply to engineering general contracting, realizing efficient integration of resources and capabilities.
As the leading implementer of the project, CYG Qicheng demonstrated outstanding project tackling and execution capabilities. The team took the initiative to go to the front line during land acquisition for transmission lines, and resolved property rights issues within more than 30 days through 8 rounds of negotiation. Faced with the compressed construction period caused by the adjustment of access mode for power grid expansion, the team coordinated with multiple parties and completed the 220 kV bay expansion in only 2 months, laying a foundation for the project to be connected to the grid on schedule.
CYG SUNRI provided stable and reliable equipment and advanced overall solutions for the project, completed 80% of the civil engineering works with high quality in extremely cold environments, and achieved "zero safety incidents" throughout the cycle. During the grid connection and commissioning phase, all dispatching joint debugging was efficiently completed in only 13 days, helping the project successfully pass the three-level quality supervision inspection and provincial & regional dispatching acceptance with "zero major defects on site".
The survey and design work for outgoing transmission lines and opposite station renovation was undertaken by CYG CONSULTING & ENGINEERING. All deliverables, ranging from feasibility study, geological survey, mapping to construction drawing and as-built drawing preparation, have been approved by provincial and municipal companies and research institutes at all levels, providing an accurate blueprint for the compliant and efficient progress of the project. The joint efforts of all parties have promoted the early achievement of the project's grid connection goal.
